Jesus calls His followers to make disciples—growing in their love and knowledge of God while helping others do the same. At Midtown, one of the primary ways we live out this calling is through Discipleship Groups (D-Groups).

D-Groups are open to anyone who is out of high school, calls Midtown home, and wants to grow in their understanding of Jesus and the Bible. Whether you've been following Jesus for years or are simply curious and want to learn more, you are welcome.

D-Groups meet weekly in homes or at Midtown. Together, you'll enjoy fellowship as you build meaningful friendships around the gospel, discuss the sermon Scriptures, and pray together.

D-Groups meet weekly from September through May. Participants are asked to register for a D-Group and commit to attending regularly as we grow in our faith and build meaningful community together.

As a D-Group participant, you'll be asked to:

Attend Midtown's Sunday gatherings regularly.
Commit to participating in your weekly D-Group.
Prepare for the discussion by answering questions based on the Scriptures that were taught the previous Sunday (Review) and will be taught the upcoming Sunday (Preview). Your leaders will guide you through these practices.
Share what God is teaching you through His Word.
Pray regularly for the people in your D-Group.
Build community by sharing meals, serving one another, and enjoying social activities.

You don't need to have all the answers or have your faith "figured out." We simply ask that you come with a willingness to learn, participate, and grow alongside one another as we follow Jesus together.
