Midtown’s Young Adult Ministry seeks to disciple young adults in Christ through the Discipleship Groups ministry (D-Groups) and organized events.
If you’d like to communicate with other young adults who either call Midtown home, or are friends of Midtowners, please join the Young Adult Group on the Church Center App. This is how we share information about upcoming events, ideas for hangouts, or needs we have.
To join, click the link below or go to the CHURCH CENTER APP. Then click on the bottom right corner where it says GROUPS. Then scroll down until you see UNIQUE GROUPS.
It is up to the young adults at Midtown to organize events but administrative help is available. The ideas are endless… Spikeball at the beach, a games night, going for lunch after a gathering, Netflix and chips at someone’s house, etc. If you have an idea for an event and would like help to organize, administrate, or host it, contact jeremy@midtownchurch.com.
4:00pm – Go-Karting will take place in East Richmond, there will be a cost to this. Exact details TBA on the Young Adults Group on Church Center.
6:00pm – Meal will be hosted by Lisa Zastre at her home in West Richmond. She will provide all the food.
You are welcome to come for just the Go-Karting or the meal, or both.
If you want a chance to develop friendships with other Midtowners, discuss the Bible, and have opportunities to learn and participate in the spiritual practices of prayer and mediating on the Scriptures, specifically those that will be taught the following Sunday, please join a D-Group.
Young adults are welcome to join any group, but there is a dedicated D-Group for Young Adults lead by Jeremy Lapointe. This group meets at Midtown, Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm. Registration is required and weekly attendance is expected.
Registration opens in September
