Midtown Kids
Helping Kids Experience the Love of Jesus
The mission of Midtown Kids is to make Jesus known and to come alongside parents as they raise up a new generation of followers of Jesus.
We do this by being deeply rooted in Jesus so that when kids scatter from our building they have a desire to make Jesus known to their friends and family. From the infant who joins us in the nursery all the way up to a child graduating into Midtown Youth, we are committed to helping children grow each Sunday. We then seek to partner and assist parents as they lay a foundation of faith for the kids throughout the rest of the week.
Each team member who serves with Midtown Kids is here to cultivate meaningful relationships with the kids who come through our doors. Our passionate desire is to help kids experience the love of Jesus. We do this by engaging with God’s written word, not just by reading it, but by immersing our kids in it! This is done through conversations, questions, games, art, team challenges and fun. We want to help our kids become deeply rooted in God’s word and to fall in love with Jesus.

We offer full Kids Ministry for:

CURRENT KIDS SERIES
Discovering Hope
As we come out of our Romans 8 series, Midtown Kids will continue exploring the hope we have in Jesus through this five-week series. Building on Romans 8:19 and its promise that all creation is waiting to be made new, children will learn how sin brought brokenness into God’s good world, how Jesus restores our hope through His death and resurrection, and why those who trust in Him can live with hope even during difficult times.
Through Bible lessons, Scripture memory, activities, and family conversations, kids will be invited to understand and personally respond to the good news of Jesus.
Resources
At Midtown Kids, we want to equip parents with trusted, gospel-centred resources for nurturing faith at home. These resources will help your family spend time in God’s Word, grow together in your love for Jesus, and build a faith that lasts.

Simple Ways to Grow Together
Growing in faith does not require a perfect plan. It begins with small, consistent rhythms:
Read a passage of Scripture together.
Ask, “What does this teach us about God?”
Pray together at bedtime or around the dinner table.
Work through a devotional or Bible study together.
Listen to a Christ-centered podcast in the car.
Memorize one Bible verse together each month.
Look for opportunities to talk about God’s faithfulness throughout your day.
“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”
Our prayer is that these resources help your family know Jesus more deeply, treasure God’s Word, and experience the joy of following Him together.
Grace and peace,
The Midtown Kids Team
