The incarnation of Christ is staggering to the natural mind. His coming as a babe in a manger is the greatest event in all of history. If this is the case, why are shepherds the first to hear the news?

The Christmas story is more than a story; it's a revealing of who God is and what He's about in and through Jesus. This week's message builds on last week's and focuses on the things God reveals in the first Christmas that can be true for us today.

We double back in this week's sermon and look at the Christmas Encounters in Luke. This week's text is actually a pre encounter between Jesus and Mary where Mary magnifies God for the great things He has done and what He offers to all in the coming of Jesus.
