In this final message of our three-part Easter series we conclude by looking at those things that God makes new in Christ in the fullness of time: things are made new physically, volitionally, cosmically and relationally. All because the tomb is empty and this is love.

This is the second of a three part Easter series called, This is Love. In this message we look at how the love of God revealed in the Easter story conquers all in its display, its achievement and its power.

While Jesus was hanging on the cross his first words out of his mouth were, “Father forgive them.” Jesus was saying in essence, “I’ll stand in their place and receive the full fury of God’s Holy righteous wrath against sin so that they never will have to face it.” This is the Gospel, the good news that we need to be reminded of daily.
