Revelation 12 told us that Satan is fighting against the people of God. But how does he wage this war? What are his weapons? What are his strategies? In Revelation 13 Jesus gives us some profound insight into what we’re up against, and reminds us once again to have courage in the face of our opponent because even this great enemy sits under the authority of the Lamb who was slain for us.

What comes to mind when you hear the term, “Spiritual Warfare?” Most christians associate “Spiritual Warfare” with exorcisms or demonic activity such as manifestations, encounters or demonic oppression. But what exactly is “Spiritual Warfare?” And how should Christians and the church go about engaging and overcoming the schemes of Satan? Revelation chapter 12 provides answers to these pressing questions.

What does it mean that God “measures” His temple in Revelation 11? Is the church truly protected—even when it appears defeated before the world? Who are the two witnesses, and why does their suffering lead to ultimate vindication?

Revelation 11 reveals a powerful truth: God’s presence secures His people, their witness cannot be silenced, and their apparent defeat is never the final outcome.

This message uncovers how God preserves His church, guarantees their testimony, and promises their final victory—even through persecution and opposition.

When we look at the way that the Church of God suffers for him across the world, and cry out for him to deliver them from evil, what answer should we expect? What has God given us to know, and what has he kept secret about his answer? How should we act in the midst of our waiting? Revelation 10 helps us to know how we should wait, and what we should remember as we do.

How does God respond to the violence, injustice, self-centredness, unchecked arrogance and rebellion of fallen humanity? Does he have sovereign control over armed conflicts, economic hardships, natural disasters, famines and diseases that ravage many nations around the world? Where can one find refuge in the midst of violence, carnage and natural disasters?  Revelation chapters 8 & 9 speak directly to these sobering realities.

As followers of Christ, we are called to endure numerous trials and hardships. During these struggles, we may sometimes wonder if God’s ear is tuned to the prayers of His children. Do our prayers reach His glorious throne? Is He pleased to listen to our requests? Will He answer all our prayers?

Answers to these questions are found in the first five verses of Revelation 8, where John sees the prayers of God’s people, mingled with incense, presented before God, whose response is decisive!

In a world of increasing trial and uncertainty, Revelation 7 answers the all-important question, “Who can stand?” Together we’ll see how God’s people are sealed by His Spirit to endure the storms of life and are being shepherded toward a glorious and eternal celebration where every tear will be wiped away. Discover how the safe and sealed church finds its ultimate victory, not through personal strength, but through the grace of the Lamb who was slain.

War, suffering, sickness, and death are so normal in our world, and yet, in Revelation 4 and 5 John had just been caught up to behold the reality of God immovably seated on His throne. So if God really does reign over all the events of history, why do things seem to get so bad? As the seals of the scroll are broken in Revelation 6, we find an answer.

God sits on His throne, not reacting to the events of this world, but sovereignly orchestrating a perfectly organized plan. A plan that requires a uniquely worthy individual—Jesus Christ, the Lion of Judah, the Lamb of God. In Revelation 5, we see heaven and earth longing for God’s plans to be fulfilled and praising the Son of God for His unique role in it all.

When challenging or chaotic times, people always ask the question, “Where is leadership?” The question indicates our need for competent, capable leadership with the capacity to address the challenges effectively.

We live in a broken chaotic world. Amidst the turmoil around us, we often wonder, “Where is God? Is he in control?” Answers to these questions are found in Revelation 4, a chapter that shows us who’s unquestionably in charge, what it means and why it matters.
